Ab99 Terms & Conditions — Membership and Service Usage Policy

Using ab99's services requires meeting certain basic eligibility criteria. These are non-negotiable — they are the foundation of the service.

• All information provided on the account must be accurate and up to date. Registering with false information is a breach of these terms.
• Members must place bets of their own free will and on their own behalf — betting on behalf of or at the direction of a third party is not permitted.
• Using ab99 from any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law is not permitted. Members are responsible for ensuring they comply with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
• Ab99 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on this platform.

Signing up with ab99 is straightforward, but every account is subject to a set of rules that members are expected to follow.

• Only one account per person is permitted. If a single individual is found to hold two accounts, both will be cancelled and any balance on them may be forfeited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. If you grant someone else access to your account, you are fully responsible for any activity that takes place as a result.
• The name registered on your account must match the name on your payment method. Any discrepancy may result in your withdrawal being held.
• Ab99 may request a national ID, selfie, or proof of address for KYC verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within 72 hours may result in temporary account suspension.
• If suspicious activity is detected, ab99 reserves the right to temporarily lock the account without prior notice.

There are a few key rules to keep in mind when betting on ab99. Following these will help you avoid any disputes down the line.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, some matches offer a "Cash Out" option, which allows you to partially or fully settle your bet before the outcome.
• Pre-match betting closes once a match kicks off. However, you can continue placing bets through the live betting section while the match is in progress.
• If a technical error causes odds to be displayed incorrectly, ab99 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds, and the stake will be returned to the member.
• If a match is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed, the associated bet is generally considered void and the stake is refunded. Separate rules may apply in specific cases.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳20. Maximum limits vary by market and event. For high-value bets, ab99 may require additional verification.
• In an accumulator or parlay bet, if one selection is voided, that selection's odds are set to 1.00 and the remaining legs of the bet continue as normal.

Ab99's bonus offers are designed to give members added value. However, each bonus comes with terms that must be met before it can be used.

• Every bonus comes with its own rollover requirements. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the rollover is completed. You can track your rollover progress in the bonus section of your account.
• The welcome bonus applies to first deposits only. It cannot be claimed on an account that has already made a deposit.
• Multiple accounts, or multiple members of the same household, may not use the same bonus more than once.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as opening multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses, or placing low-risk bets to meet rollover requirements — ab99 reserves the right to void those bonuses.
• Ab99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Any changes will be communicated on the promotions page.
• Bonuses expire automatically once their validity period ends. Expired bonuses cannot be recovered.

Financial transactions at ab99 are designed to be simple and secure. That said, certain rules must be followed.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum limits vary depending on the payment method.
• KYC verification must be completed on your account before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests will not be handled without it.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. If verification is required, it may take up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be processed using the same method as the original deposit. To withdraw via a different method, please contact support.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected, ab99 may place a hold on the transaction and conduct an investigation in accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.
• If there is insufficient betting activity relative to deposits made, ab99 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ab99. If detected, the account will be suspended and legal action may be taken where necessary.

• Using bots, automated software, or any computer program to place bets.
• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or result manipulation.
• Logging into another member's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Using ab99 for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or carry out any form of cyberattack against the platform's systems.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household.
• Using ab99's name, logo, or brand without authorization.

• Personal information is never sold to third parties. However, data may be shared when required by law, for fraud prevention, or in response to a request from a regulatory authority.
• Members may request to view or correct their stored personal information — please contact support to do so.
• The ab99 website uses cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though doing so may affect the functionality of certain features.

An ab99 account may be closed either voluntarily or by the platform.

• Members may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
• If these Terms and Conditions are violated, ab99 may permanently close the account without prior notice.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. However, genuine deposited funds will be returned — unless they are connected to fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• As part of Responsible Gaming, members can set a temporary break for themselves — available for 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.

Ab99 makes every effort to operate its services reliably, but there are limits to our liability in certain situations.

• Ab99 is not liable for bets lost due to internet disconnection, power outages, or device-related issues.
• Ab99 is not directly liable for transaction delays caused by third-party providers such as bKash or Nagad, but will assist in resolving any such issues.
• Sports results and live score data are sourced from third-party providers — ab99 is not responsible for any delays or inaccuracies in that information.
• Members are solely responsible for their own betting decisions and the outcomes that follow. ab99 does not provide betting advice or guarantee any results.

Ab99 may update these terms and conditions when necessary. Keeping members informed of any changes is our responsibility.

• Continued use of ab99 following any changes to these terms will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure — any remaining balance will be refunded.
